• When should I expect a call?

    Billy Sumo’s contact centre hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm, and Sat 10am – 5pm. Be assured that we’ll try our best to give you a call as soon as possible.

  • Do I need anything else?

    In order to get you the very best deal, we recommend that you have your most recent Energy bill to hand. Remember, our service is 100% free and we don't add any additional fees or charges!

  • Have a specific feature you need?

    All plans have specific features, a contract term and individual pricing information. You will be provided all of this information over the phone, and we are happy to explain anything you need, or find you a plan with a specific feature.
